• 75% of Payment is required upfront through the itch.io donation section or kofi. (Before sketching)• If I accept your request, I will message you through discord,reddit, or bluesky dms within 48hours. If you do not reply after 3 days, I have the rights to decline your request.• I will provide a sketch WIP for your approval and edits can be made then. We will fix it based on your suggestions up to 7 times.
You have half the amount of the commission time to make/give feedback and changes. (Changes do not include from one render style to another)• A commission cannot be canceled with the exception during sketching phase. (The refunded amount will be 100% sans tax required to refund the money.)• I do not offer refunds after the commission is finished.• A non animation commission will be finished in maximum 2 weeks, more than that will be notified.
Animation commission times will vary because of various factors.• I will update you on any progress that I made.• I am not “work for hire” and no project undertaken by a private client is to be interpreted as such.• You are allowed to post the drawings online, with credit required and a link back to my social media (bluesky account). You may use the works for any non-commercial purposes (icon, gifts, posts), but not allowed to edit, sell the works nor the license of the work to other third parties, or repurpose the works for sale (merchandise, goods, blockchain, etc.)• I retain all rights to artwork and projects regardless of the subject matter, including the rights to display, distribute, copy, publish, adapt, and reproduce work for profit or promotion. What will be given to you is: 1) the ownership of hours you have paid that I took to work on the projects, 2) the intellectual ownership of character portrayed if it's owned by you, 3) the permission to use the project for any non-commercial purposes (icon, gifts, posts).• If there are no objections, I will post the works on my pages (Bluesky, and my portfolio) with watermark and proper crediting).• I have the right to reject commission requests for any reason.The client must read, understand, and agree to all the terms as put forth above before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the client agrees to the above terms.• Please use picture references, or sketches when explaining your request, I may give suggestions.
